Atiyar Rahman Habu said, almost the entire liver of my brother had become useless. The doctor asked him to undergo a liver transplant as soon as possible. But the surgery was not possible without matching with anyone else. Later, he agreed to pay as he agreed with his wife. Bhabhi gave 30 percent of her liver to her brother.
Darshana Municipality Panel Mayor Md. Rabiul Haque Sumon said that Mayor Matiar Rahman was a patient of liver cirrhosis. Doctors said that he needs a liver transplant.
