Ayushman Bharat Yojana Card: Ayushman Bharat scheme is one of the most ambitious schemes of the central government. The government runs many types of government schemes for the people of every section of the country. One of those schemes is named Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Under this scheme, the government provides free treatment to the poor section of the country. To take advantage of this scheme, the government issues an Ayushman card to every beneficiary. Giving information about the Ayushman card, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that the government has set a big target for distribution of this card. Every day 10 lakh Ayushman cards will be distributed by the government. Along with this, he told that under this scheme, about 3.95 lakh crore people across the country have got the benefit of free treatment. For this, the government has spent a total of Rs 45,294 crore.
The program of Arogya Manthan-2022 was kept on the completion of four years of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Mansukh Mandaviya also told that till now this scheme has been implemented in 33 states and union territories of the country and a total of 19 crore people have got Ayushman card. Now the government is trying to speed up the pace of issuance of this card.
10 lakh Ayushman cards will be issued every day
Let us inform that earlier about 4 lakh Ayushman cards were issued every day, which is now targeted to increase to 10 lakh cards per day. Along with this, the government is going to invest up to Rs 100 crore under the Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission in every district of the country. With this, the health infrastructure of the country can be strengthened and the benefits of this scheme can reach every poor person of the country.
What is Ayushman Bharat Scheme?
Ayushman Bharat scheme is one of the largest health card scheme in the world. Under this scheme, every beneficiary gets a health card, through which he gets free health treatment up to Rs 5 lakh (Health Insurance). This health card is also called Ayushman Golden Card. The benefit of this scheme can be taken by citizens living in kutcha houses, landless persons, citizens belonging to scheduled castes or tribes, persons living in rural areas, transgender people, people living below the poverty line. If you also want to apply for this scheme, then for this you can go to the nearest public service center of your home. There you have to fill and submit a form. After this the officials will issue you the golden card of Ayushman Bharat scheme by cross checking the information given by you. It will take 15 days. The card will also be downloaded online.
How to download Ayushman card-
1. To download the Ayushman card, you first click on its website https://pmjay.gov.in/.
2. After that enter your email id and password.
3. After this, you will be asked for Aadhaar number, which you have to fill and on the next page you will have to verify your thumb impression.
4. After this click on the option of ‘Approved Beneficiary’.
5. After this, your name will have to be checked in the list of approved golden cards.
6. After that check your name.
7. Next you have to click on CSC wallet and enter your password.
8. Next enter the pin and come to the homepage.
9. After this you will see the option to download the Ayushman card. click here.
10. After this your Ayushman card will be downloaded.
