To make mixed vegetable soup, put some oil in a pan and add chopped onions and whatever vegetables you want to make soup. Mix all the vegetables well. Now add some water to it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes. You can use salt and black pepper to enhance the taste.
Basil and tomato soup is also effective in getting rid of cold and flu. The antioxidants and other nutrients present in the soup work to increase immunity and help fight infections. To make the soup, fry the ground garlic in oil and add chopped tomatoes and salt. Add some tomato juice and mix it well. Then add basil leaves to it and mix it well and serve hot.
